The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 So render good counsel if good counsel will avail. 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 Who will burn in the terrible Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
