Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And exalted thy fame? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
