Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 that weighed down your back? 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
