Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And exalted your fame? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8
