Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
