Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So when you are free work diligently, 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
