Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And exalted thy fame? 4 For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
