The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By oath of the fig and of the olive, 1 By Mount Sinai, 2 And by this city of security (Makkah). 3 We have indeed created man in the best shape. 4 We then turned him towards all the lowest of the low states. 5 except the righteously striving believers who will have a never ending reward. 6 Then what (or who) causes you (O disbelievers) to deny the Recompense (i.e. Day of Resurrection)? 7 Is not God the most equitable of all judges? 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
