The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
