The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
