The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the snorting, panting horses, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 And therein raising dust. 4 Penetrating deep into the armies, 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 and all that is [hidden] in men's hearts is bared 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
