The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 Raging Fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
