Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 his head will be in the Plunging 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 A flaming fire! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
