Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Those who make a display (of their deeds). 6 and refuse charity. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
