Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
