In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab (an uncle of the Prophet), and perish he! 1 His wealth will not suffice him, neither what he has gained; 2 He will be plunged in flaming Fire, 3 His wife shall carry the (crackling) wood - As fuel!- 4 Will have a strap of fibre rope around her neck. 5
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
