Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

O Children of Israel! Remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil your (part of the) covenant, I shall fulfil My (part of the) covenant, and fear Me. 40 Believe in that which I have [now] bestowed from on high, confirming the truth already in your possession, and be not foremost among those who deny its truth; and do not barter away My messages for a trifling gain; and of Me, of Me be conscious 41 Do not mix truth with falsehood, or hide the truth when you know it. 42 Establish worship, pay the poor-due, and bow your heads with those who bow (in worship). 43 ۞ Would you order righteousness on others and forget it yourselves? Yet you recite the Book, have you no sense? 44 And seek help in patience and prayer. For it is heavy, except to the humble, 45 (They are those) who are certain that they are going to meet their Lord, and that unto Him they are going to return. 46
