۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 no one can touch it except the purified ones. 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 – at that moment when We are closer to him than you, although you do not see (Us) 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
