And Nuh's people belied the sent ones. 105 when Noah, their brother, said to them: 'Will you not be cautious? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 so fear God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if you could (but) know. 113 I am not going to drive away any believers. 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He said: "My Lord! Verily, my people have belied me. 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 In this [story,] behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 121 And lo, thy Lord, He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
