ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 The heavens are close to being torn apart by it, and the earth being split asunder, and the mountains succumbing and falling down. 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
