Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Abundance diverts you, 1 Until you come to the graves. 2 Nay, but ye will come to know! 3 Again, yes certainly, you will soon realise! 4 No indeed; did you know with the knowledge of certainty, 5 You will surely end up seeing Hell; 6 Again, ye shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 Then, on that day, you will be questioned about the bounties (of God). 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
