▼ 54 The Moon
Al-Qamar 3 of 3
The warnings came to the people of Pharaoh. 41 but they belied all Our signs so We seized them with the seizing of the Mighty, Powerful. 42 What, are your unbelievers better than those? Or have you an immunity in the Scrolls? 43 Or do they say: "We acting together can defend ourselves"? 44 The hosts shall soon be routed and they shall be put to flight. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their tryst, and the Hour is very calamitous and bitter. 46 Truly those in sin are the ones straying in mind, and mad. 47 On the day when they shall be dragged upon their faces into the fire; taste the touch of hell. 48 Surely We have created everything according to a measure. 49 And Our Commandment is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We have indeed destroyed your kind, so is there one who would ponder? 51 And everything they have done is in the writings. 52 And every small and great thing is recorded. 53 Lo! the righteous will dwell among gardens and rivers, 54 where they will be honourably seated in the presence of a King, Mighty in Power. 55
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
