And the disbelievers said, “Will we, when we and our forefathers have turned into dust, be removed again?” 67 It was promised to us and to our fathers before us. It is only ancient legends." 68 Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Travel in the land and see the nature of the sequel for the guilty! 69 Do not grieve over them, and do not be distressed by what they contrive. 70 And they (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) say: "When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if you are truthful?" 71 Say: "It may be that some of the events which ye wish to hasten on may be (close) in your pursuit!" 72 And indeed, your Lord is full of bounty for the people, but most of them do not show gratitude." 73 Your Lord certainly knows whatever their hearts conceal or reveal. 74 And there is nothing hidden in the heaven and the earth, but is in a Clear Book (i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 75 This Quran tells the Israelites most of the matters about which they had disputes among themselves. 76 it is a guidance, and a mercy unto the believers. 77 Indeed your Lord judges between them with His command; and He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. 78 so put your trust in God. Surely you are on the path of manifest truth. 79 Indeed the dead* do not listen to your call nor do the deaf* listen to your call, when they flee turning back. (The dead and deaf implies the disbelievers.) 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
