۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
