(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 Then, as for him who rebelled 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
