The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
