Then whoso doeth some good works and is a believer, there will be no rejection of his effort. Lo! We record (it) for him. 94 And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return 95 till, when Gog and Magog are unloosed, and they slide down out of every slope, 96 And the certain promise (of Doom) comes near. Then the eyes of unbelievers will be fixed in horror, (and they will cry:) "Ah, woe betide, we were indeed heedless of this, and were oppressors and unjust." 97 “Indeed you* and all that you worship** besides Allah, are the fuel of hell; in it you must go.” (* All disbelievers ** Idols and disbelievers who claimed to be Gods. The Prophets like Eisa and Uzair who were worshipped are exempt from this, and so are Maryam, and trees and the moon etc.) 98 Had they really been gods they would not have entered it: They will all abide in it for ever. 99 For them therein is heavy sighing, and they therein will not hear. 100 But those for whom a good reward had been fore-ordained by Us, will be far removed from it, 101 They will not even hear the slightest sound from it while enjoying the best that they can wish for in their everlasting life. 102 The greatest fear will not aggrieve them, and the angels will welcome them; saying “This is your day, which you were promised.” 103 On that Day We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll for writing. Even as We originated the creation first so We shall repeat it. This is a promise binding on Us; and so We shall do. 104 We have written in the psalms which We had revealed after the Torah that the earth will be given to Our righteous servants as their inheritance. 105 Surely in this is a Message delivered unto a people who serve. 106 We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures. 107 Say, "It is only revealed to me that your god is but one God; so will you be Muslims [in submission to Him]?" 108 Then if they turn away, say thou: I have proclaimed unto you all alike, and I know not whether nigh or far is that which ye are promised, 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 And I know not but that this may be a trial for you, and enjoyment for a while. 111 The Messenger said: "My Lord! Judge with truth. Our Compassionate Lord alone is our support against your (blasphemous) utterances." 112
