The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 A fresh remembrance has never come to them from the Merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Do they not look at the earth, how We caused a variety of fine vegetation to grow from it (in abundance)? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
