(The tribe of) Thamud denied the messengers (of Allah) 141 When their brother Salih said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 142 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 143 So keep your duty to Allah and obey me. 144 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 145 Will you be left secure in this here, 146 "Gardens and Springs, 147 and cornfields and date-palms laden with juicy fruits? 148 and that you will [always be able to] hew dwellings out of the mountains with [the same] great skill?" 149 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 150 “And do not follow those who exceed the limits.” 151 Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend." 152 They said: "Thou art only one of those bewitched! 153 You are only a human being like ourselves. Show us a sign, if you are telling the truth." 154 He said: This is a she-camel; she shall have her portion of water, and you have your portion of water on an appointed time; 155 Do not touch her with malice so that punishment of a dreadful day seizes you' 156 So they hamstrung her, and in the morning could only regret. 157 and torment struck them. In this there is evidence of the Truth, yet many people do not have any faith. 158 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 159

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
