۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to the cities (to mobilise troops) 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 And verily they have enraged us. 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68
