The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
