Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 Those who make a display (of their deeds). 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
