The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 who created and shaped, 2 who determined and guided, 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble! 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 And mentions the name of his Lord and prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 the scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty God's Truth.
