The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 but the most wretched shall flout it, 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
Almighty God's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
