The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir)
56 verses, revealed in Mecca after Unknown Person (Al-Muzzammil) before The Key (Al-Faatehah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Cloaked one, 1 Arise and warn, 2 And thy Lord do thou magnify! 3 And keep your clothes clean. 4 And pollution shun. 5 And bestow not favors that you may receive again with increase, 6 For the sake of thy Lord, be patient! 7 And when the trumpet is blown, 8 that Day will be a hard and distressing Day. 9 For the disbelievers - not easy. 10 Leave Me Alone (to deal) with whom I created Alone (without any means, i.e. Al-Walid bin Al-Mughirah Al-Makhzumi)! 11 To whom I granted resources in abundance, 12 and sons standing before him, 13 And I adjusted affairs for him adjustably; 14 Yet he desireth that I should give more. 15 By no means! He has been stubbornly hostile to Our revelation: 16 Soon I shall mount him on Saood, the hill of fire. 17 He reflected and then hatched a scheme. 18 So accursed be he, how evilly did he decide! 19 And once more let him be cursed, how he plotted! 20 Then he looked round; 21 Then he frowned and he scowled; 22 and in the end he turns his back [on Our message,] and glories in his arrogance, 23 Then he said: naught is this but magic from of old; 24 this is nothing but the word of a mere mortal!” 25 I shall make him suffer the torment of hell. 26 And what can make you know what is Saqar? 27 It shall not spare, nor leave. 28 Darkening and changing the colour of man! 29 Over it are nineteen [powers]. 30 We have appointed none but angels to guard the Fire, and made their number only as a trial for the unbelievers, so that those to whom the Book was given are certain and those who believe increase in belief. And that those who were given the Book, and those who believe will not be in doubt. And that those in whose hearts there is a sickness, together with the unbelievers, may say: 'What did Allah intend by this as an example' As such, Allah leaves in error whom He will and He guides whomsoever He will. None knows the hosts of your Lord except He. This is no more than a Reminder to humans. 31

ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
