The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 A fresh remembrance has never come to them from the Merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Do they not see the earth, how many of every noble kind We have caused to grow in it? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 Your Lord is surely mighty and merciful. 9
