Alshu'araa' 6 of 11
The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 I have been sent as a trusted messenger to you. 107 So be fearful of God and listen to me. 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 It is not for me to repel those who choose to believe. 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 Thereafter We rescued him and those who were with him in the laden Ark 119 then afterwards We drowned the rest. 120 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
