The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 and Man says., 'What ails her?' 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8
