[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 hell will be their dwelling. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the Day when they see it, they will feel as if they had tarried in this world for only one evening or one morning. 46
