Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 He lifted up its vault, and levelled it, 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 hell will be their dwelling. 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
