Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The Day shall soon come when We shall bring together the God-fearing to the Most Compassionate Lord, as honoured guests; 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken (to Himself) a son. 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 The heavens are close to being torn apart by it, and the earth being split asunder, and the mountains succumbing and falling down. 90 That ye ascribe unto the Beneficent a son, 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 Certainly He has a comprehensive knowledge of them and He has numbered them a (comprehensive) numbering. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender). 95 VERILY, those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds will the Most Gracious endow with love: 96 So We have made it easy in thine tongue in order that thou mayest thereby give glad tidings unto the Godfearing and warn thereby a people contentious. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Do you see any one of them or hear a sound of them? 98
