The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 and produce sparks 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 And lo! he is a witness unto that; 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
