Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ (O Prophet), declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 Tell them of Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered upon him, they said, Peace. He said: Surely we are afraid of you. 52 They said, "Do not be afraid. We come to you with good news. You shall have a son who shall be endowed with great knowledge." 53 He said: Do you give me good news (of a son) when old age has come upon me?-- Of what then do you give me good news! 54 They (the angels) said: "We give you glad tidings in truth. So be not of the despairing ones." 55 He said: And who despaireth of the mercy of his Lord save those who are astray? 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They said, "We are sent to a sinful people. 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind. 60
