The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall now make you read (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), so you will not forget. 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 We shall take you slowly towards ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 but the most wretched shall flout it, 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
