The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ (Allah) Most Gracious! 1 has taught the Qur'an, 2 He created man 3 He taught distinctness. 4 The sun and the moon to a reckoning. 5 the stars and the trees bend in prostration. 6 He raised the heaven on high and set the scale. 7 That ye exceed not the measure, 8 but weigh things equitably and skimp not in the balance. 9 He positioned the earth for all the creatures: 10 On it are fruits and palm-trees with sheathed clusters [of dates], 11 Also corn, with (its) leaves and stalk for fodder, and sweet-smelling plants. 12 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 13 He created the human from clay, like earthenware 14 And He created Jinns from fire free of smoke: 15 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 16 Lord of the two Easts, Lord of the two Wests. 17 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 18 He has set flowing two seas that appear to meet. 19 Between them is a barrier [so] neither of them transgresses. 20 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 21 Pearls and coral-stone come forth from them. 22 Which, of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 23 His are the high-sailed vessels in deep ocean like the mountains. 24 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
