Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ When the Sky is cleft asunder; 1 And when the stars fall down. 2 when the seas are made to burst forth, 3 When the graves are overturned, 4 Each soul will know what it had sent ahead and what it had left behind. 5 O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous, 6 Who created you, then made you complete, then made you symmetrical? 7 having put thee together in whatever form He willed [thee to have]? 8 Rather, you belied the Recompense. 9 Verify there are for you guardians, 10 Honorable recorders, 11 They know (and understand) all that ye do. 12 The virtuous ones will live in bliss 13 and the libertines shall be in a fiery furnace 14 They will burn in it on the Day of Judgement, 15 And they will not be able to keep away therefrom. 16 How can you comprehend what the Day of Judgement is? 17 How then can you comprehend what the Day of Judgement is? 18 It is a Day whereon no soul shall own aught of power for any soul; and the command on that Day will be Allah's. 19
