The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 A fresh remembrance has never come to them from the Merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 What, have they not regarded the earth, how many therein We have caused to grow of every generous kind? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
