Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 to those who make display 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
