Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 high above? 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 preferring the present life, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
