Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the heaven becomes cleft asunder, 1 And when the stars become dispersed, 2 and when the seas burst beyond their bounds, 3 and the graves are turned inside out, 4 everyone shall know all his deeds, both the earlier and the later. 5 O man! What has seduced thee from thy Lord Most Beneficent?- 6 The One Who created you, then moulded you, then made you proper? 7 and composed thee after what form He would? 8 Nay, but ye deny the Judgment. 9 Verify there are for you guardians, 10 noble, recording, 11 aware of whatever you do! 12 Most surely the righteous are in bliss, 13 And indeed, the wicked will be in Hellfire. 14 They will [enter to] burn therein on the Day of Recompense, 15 And will not be removed from it. 16 And what shall teach thee what is the Day of Doom? 17 Again, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is! 18 A day when no soul shall possess aught to succour another soul; that day the Command shall belong unto God. 19
Almighty God's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
